Agenda or outcome: Interviews will be conducted in Germany and Folio-Community regarding open access expenditures, to determine appropriate functional scope for an OA/APC App, and to determine the business models such an App could support. This would be a preliminary discussion to consider how such an app could work, and may lead to more concrete next steps.
