Agenda or outcome: This session, the second of two on the support process for FOLIO testing and implementation partners, outlines the process whereby a FOLIO community testing or implementation issue becomes a software support issue, and will conclude with a discussion of the service level agreement.
During this session a panel of development and support folks will discuss and actively demonstrate the support process after the local triage process, discussed in Part I (11:30 Wednesday), has been completed.
